I believe they will drop the f2p Animal Crossing game on Android/iOS and then a few months later release a proper Animal Crossing title on the Switch. That way it can have a Pokemon Go type effect on sales.
Sad though that they put out 3 non main Animal Crossing games (if you count the mobile in development, Home Designer and the horrible sin Amiibo Festival).
