The PSP could do that.
1st game : Revelations: Persona
2nd game part 1 : Persona 2: Innocent Sin
2nd game part 2 : Persona 2: Eternal Punishment (PS1 eboot)
3rd game : Persona 3 portable
It was a pretty decent machine for that reason alone.
That said Im more hopefull towards them doing Persona 3,4,5 instead.
