At last, one person here understand how this works. But also hips matter and butt because; because they are the result of good hormonal balance and also by having wide hips means that she will be able to give birth to a baby without problem.
What we associate with sexyness, is just nothing more than our brain recognizing a female with those characteristics; a female with good reproductive potential.
