Well, that might as well be the goal, considering that it's been selling pretty well.

I should point out that this is in the context of Japan alone. The best-selling console in Japan is only at 33 million. Expecting Switch to sell 28 million (3DS + Wii U lifetime) in Japan alone is the equivalent of expecting Switch to sell 134 million worldwide.
