Really? What's so retarded about this? Russia is well known for its cyber warfare capabilities, and those capabilities are probably not being unused. It would be strange if Russia didn't use those capabilities against its adversaries, among whom we can probably count the US.

But this is something old and happened way before the latest elections. Same is true, probably moreso, when it comes to the US. They are meddling in pretty much everything including in EU affairs, yet nobody is constantly bitching about it. Its retarded because this way many people try and skew the attention of the averege Joe towards something that is pointless to them. COuntries should get their shit together on their own and not search for boogiemans every time something doesn't go well. And for a country with so many capabilities as the US this comes down as a trully pathetic media stunt.
