Well, it's 30€ on PlayStation store too. Mind you, it's been 15€ on Steam a couple of times. Also, I can't seem to be able to find the prices you mentioned with a quick search, so it would seem you're either exaggerating or that's the price in just a few stores. That said, if there's been stock clearance, it's possible the price has been that low at times.
