uh well the RESELL value stays high as well so its not 100% ninty's fault. most first party DS games stay at the 20~30$ mark for used gmaes, and wii/gamecube games at 50.

I eman, why discount if people buy it anyway.

Cos it's anti-consumer to charge full price for a game that's, say, 3 years old.
