Why would they have refunded you? And which service in the world stores your cc details and doesn't auto-renew?

It had only been around 2 days since it renewed, and I thought being 'Good guy Sony' they might do this for me. I still can't see why they can't cancel the service and do a partial refund. I don't game online on anything but PC now, and I rarely buy anything digital on anything but Steam.
