Misty hasn't appeared since the hoenn region, however I do remember Racheal Lillis was the voice actor for the fighting type gym leader in Diamond and Pearl. There has only been one instance which had misty with another voice actor (also the last proper appearance of Misty in the anime), for a special of the anime, which was the first episode with new voice actors. She was used again for a few words in the Black and White anime for Misty's flashbacks.
