Arrietty is not Miyazaki's film, it was directed by Hiromasa Yonebayashi. Miyazaki wrote the screenplay together with Keiko Niwa, but didn't direct the film.
As for their films, I prefer Miyazaki's films, although Hosoda's are also excellent. Of the ones you listed my favourite is probably Princess Mononoke.
