You can easily distinguish slow downs caused by streaming issues or if they're part of the game. After 16 minutes you see huge framerate issues with sluggish camera movements while the movements of the three guys in the lower corner are smooth. This means the stream itself is a steady 30fps, while the game is not. You can find many more examples of the game running smooth in certain areas (28:00) and sluggish in others (35:40). This means the game is having difficulties running smooth at certain areas, not that the quality of the stream exactly in those areas was either better or worse.

I thought the same thing until I watched the direct archived footage from Nintendo UK (or Nintendo Deutschland) that's linked in this thread.  I even compared a lot of the timestamps you pointed out and saw that the direct footage didn't suffer the slowdowns/choppiness that the NinEverything recording had.

There are indeed frame rate issues, but not as overblown as many are pointing out. In general, the game runs fine. Like you're saying, in NE's footage the Sagie of 35:40 looks like is slowing down, but in NUK's video (3:07:20) such a thing doesn't happen. Take also notice that Rex's swings often are accompanied by an effect that makes the impression of weight, so the center of the screen seems to be experiencing hiccups, but that's not the case.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.
