Quote the whole sentence, not just that little exerpt. He says in the summer, which it certainly will, as the PS4 dropped below 150k in that period and Japan is supplying those numbers already almost on it's own since Splatoon 2's launch
While it is behind the PS4 lanch aligned right now, Switch will definitly narrow that gap during this summer
