How come Age of Empires 4 isnt coming to Xbox One if Phill cares about Xbox?

They don't want to fuck up the PC version to accommodate a console version. Yes, Halo wars and some other RTS games play well but not without their limitations. It's still early in development so let them get the PC version out first and then they can think about an Xbox version.
