No, they would be talking revenue, not profit. Big difference.

Profit would naturally be higher on the 3DS, due to lower development costs. And revenue woudl be naturally higher on PS4, due to higher cost of game at retail.

It's the same game by the same team. Cost doesn't get allocated like that.

(especially considering that it'd be nearly impossible to properly do that since so much of the cost is shared).
