Wow, the 3DS is down YoY? I'm guessing PoGo released last July... Switch stock still low in the US (I think it sold 280k in Japan last month, so we see where Nintendo's priorities are). And now I have no doubt PS4 will be up over 2016.

Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.
