No dude that camera is pretty common and it's not heavily impaired that's a gross exaggeration as the camera is a significant distance in front of the character allowing you to see whats coming your way along with the radar, no all games require a free camera and this is one of them the are many games that do this as well and it works fine like it does here, notice how the camera even pans out futher when entering an upcoming area of action.

I know the game has flaws but this is not one of them and the video highlights this as well it's not a massive issue like you painted and for someone claiming to get back on topic you're still pushing the off topic, time to drop it as my stance isn't changing so move on.

I'm not trying to change your stance. That is clearly not happening. This was simply for the benefit of others.
