Twenty year old woman gets 15 months in Prison for encouraging boyfriend to kill himself

It's sick to encourage someone to kill themselves. She might be right that she hasn't actually broken a law though. What she did doesn't sound like 'involuntary manslaughter' to me. If they can get her on something though, it would be good to have her off the streets for a while.
