In the past the handheld Zelda games shortened the wait between the home console Zelda games:

- 2001: Oracle of Ages/Seasons
- 2002: The Wind Waker
- 2004: The Minish Cap
- 2006: Twilight Princess
- 2007: Phantom Hourglass
- 2009: Spirit Tracks
- 2011: Skyward Sword
- 2013: A Link Between Worlds
- 2015: Tri-Force Heroes
- 2017: Breath of the Wild
A new "Legend of Zelda" game on the scale of BotW (or even bigger) will take some years to develop. So which year do you expect it?
Do you think Nintendo will released a smaller / less ambitious Zelda game before that to shorten the wait? Or can we only expect remasters of old content (f.e. Skyward Sword HD) and perhaps some BotW DLCs until the next big Zelda?
