Ehh, it's actually quite a bit below what I expected from Splatoon after its COMG performance and the general hype level I thought it had in Japan. Oh well, legs are gonna be great anyway. The same for Switch hardware as well. With Nintendo saving Switch stock for Splatoon launch week, and with the Switch's overall super strong performance in Japan so far, I was expecting more Switches to be available.

Remember digital sales arn't counted and splatoon is the type of game you ALWAYS want on the system.

 

Also ps3 and wii U selling double that of the xbone lol.

I know, I've been following Japanese game sales for nearly three years now, but it doesn't really change what I said. Splatoon didn't quite meet my expectations for FW sales.
