Considering that the Saturn was Sega's best-selling console in Japan despite being an utter failure, it should come as a surprise to everyone who wasn't already aware of its regional sales distribution.

It would not come as a surprise to anyone aware of the games available on it, however: its extreme Japanese skew was why I even got one, well before I was aware of the sales numbers.

OT: I find it funny how consistently the XBO is selling compared to the X360, ratio-wise. Looking at just weeklies, it's not obvious at all. It is also funny how much of a lacklustre effort NoA frequently put in given how much better Nintendo home consoles are doing in their region.
