Mobile, Tablet and PC gaming seem to rule those markets though.

The market is huge, open to western games and expanding rapidly, but not necessarily for console gaming.

That's why I said it has a chance, albeit a quite small one. It's up to Sony/Nintendo/MS to execute it properly.
