It's comparing launch games.

I'm comparing games that are going to be released by the end of the year.

That's why I mentioned FIFA 18, cod WWII, destiny 2 and battlefront II

 

fifa 18 on PS4 alone sold more than 9.5 millions from the end of the September 2016 to December 2016.

And It seems for this year, FIFA 18 will break that barrier.
