Err, no, this is just 3rd of June so far, we have a lot more weeks until the increased production is kicking in.

The increased production, yes. But Nintendo also announced shipment increases for June already. They probably built up a little stock for ARMS and Splatoon 2, and might be able to ship some of these if the production increase comes on time for Splatoon 2's release.
