Is this (the bolded part) considered a problem in the US? I can understand it being a problem with children present, but women too?

Is the italic part not protected by the first amendment...

The police usually have better things to do than clean up vomit from the back of the car, he must have been really drunk and deangerous or it's bragging rights to take in a celebrity! Yet perhaps the police are really strict on public intoxication in the US, dunno.

I'm not American so I don't know, but I would imagine it's like you say.

Somewhat curiously, public intoxication is not a crime here in Finland as far as I know. I always found it curious how it's a crime in some countries.

It's a huge problem across our planet. Women are precious, pure beings who shouldn't be exposed to such acts. They have to be protected at all costs and the US considers it a crime to show women any part of the real world.

I admit, I chuckled a bit.
