But that law was specifically struck down by thwesupreme court because it violates the individuals right to free speech.
How would you argue that she hasn't used her freedom of expression by peeing on the flag? Or do you only want people to be compliant with the government and never do anything to offend anyone else? That is not freedom of expression.
