Not neccessarily, some recent ones, such as BP, which were deved for PS3 look arguably better, but more experience on PS3 might make them better And finally, everyone knows that ps3 has a powerful cpu called the cell but does it help contribute to the graphics and making the gpu more powerful than the 360?
