With blu-ray Discs you can get them made lots of places.
With Nintendo's Switch Cartridges you cant, its nintendo or nope.
He barely even mentions piracy, more like a after thought, not sure why the author put it in there.
He talks about controll, and the negative effects of Cartridges (in his eyes).
