And its still more beautiful than many games on any platform.Being totally honest, there are games that are either smaller or are worse looking and are much bigger than that.

Take a very stylized game such as Mario+Rabbids, like P5.Yes, P5 is probably bigger and probably has more assets and such, but that game is 20 GB.The assets would really make that game 10 time bigger?Or it is simply the compression tools and technics that Nintendo have that are amazing?Of course both have a hand in this, but I personally believe its hte latter that is most at play here.

It's developed and published by Ubisoft, isn't it?

And by P5, you mean Persona 5?  A game with lots of voice acting?  Is that really a logical comparison?

Even being developed by Ubisoft, it is a game that was certainly heavily supervisioned by Nintendo, and probably helped by them too.It wouldnt surprise me in the slightest if Nintendo did the compression and all that part.

And yeah, Persona 5.I gave that as an example because its also a linear game, with a highly stylized artstyle, which also happens to be a cross gen game, and thus, not a game that relies on polygons to make it look good.I mean, obiously the voice acting is going to be heavy, but making it 10 times larger than this game?Im just pointing out that maybe, just maybe, Nintendo is really good at compressing their games, and its not alwas about Nintendo not relying on high fidelity models or lack of voice acting and things like that.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.
