No, with the New 2DS XL, Dragon Quest, Metroid, and Pokemon, this will be it's last good year.
I do think that it will eclipse 75 million. After the 6 million total, it will add another 3 from March 2018 to March 2019. After that, I think it could scratch and claw its way to 77. By which, the Switch will already have Animal Crossing, Fire Emblem, and Gen 8, killing any doubts that the Switch is the 3DS' successor.
So, yeah, I'll say 77 million will be it's final number.
