I had expectations of 50-90 million, with it ranging from severely pessimistic to optimistic.
I think people really underestimated the impact of good advertising, an efficient architecture, and mobility. Mobility sells in today's world. People look at the Switch and think, "hey, you can take it anywhere- neat". They don't care about 4k, draw distances, or anything else.
I am not sure if it will hit Wii levels, but it will be a damn good success for Nintendo. If they fix the stock issue (something I was concerned about), then I may change my expectation to up to 115 million.
