Well the PS4 did already sell 7 million units this year. Many people including me thought it would slow down this year but the PS4 is selling faster than ever in its fourth year. So its pretty safe to assume that not a single 8th gen console that will catch up with the PS4. Whether or not the Switch will outsell the PS4 is however nothing more than a wild guess since data is severely lacking.
