Atari SA, which is the french publisher formerly known as Infogrames. Went into bankrupcy in 2013 and sold off many brand names, which might be why they want to use the brand power for a console now
And no, deep pockets really ain't a thing here. Revenue is around 8M a year, basically what a big publisher gets on launch day of one of their smaller franchises
