Just as a start, the basic attack > grab > guard > attack triangle that is in most fighting games is here as one would expect, but one of many things new to the genre is how there's aiming involved via curving your punches. Since punches have range, movement and spacing are especially important as the further your opponent the longer it takes for your punch to reach them then return to you. I could go on and on with the many different mechanics, ARMS, characters, stages, and so ons but I've made my point already, there is undeniably depth to this game. So preemptive denial, very well then! |
