Well, PS4 has a three month headstart and is already beating Switch week-to-week. Switch could come back strong, but with titles like Red Dead Redemption 2 and Destiny 2 skipping Switch, PS4 may pull ahead. We're probably looking at a Pro Price drop to combat the Scorpio, so there's that, too.

I'm gonna say with the Scorpio release alongside Destiny 2 and RDR2, most attention will be drawn away from the Switch, giving the PS4 the lead.

Out of curiosity, is what you post in various threads what you really think or are you trolling?

In case you wonder what's off, Switch launched on March 3rd, so that gives the PS4 a headstart of two months for the year 2017. RDR2 won't release in 2017.

I am posting what I really think, so like you, I'm just unpopular.

Yeah, I goofed the Switch release. I didn't commit it to memory as I didn't plan on getting one until it drops to what I feel is a more reasonable price. I also didn't commit the RDR2 release date to memory, as Rockstar just doesn't jive with me for some reason. So yeah, I was wrong on both of those accounts, but the fact remains that attention will likely shift to a PS4 Pro vs Xbox Scorpio market this holiday season.

To go with that, you've got most of the heavy hitter titles not coming to Switch, stuff like Middle-Earth: Shadow of War, Uncharted: Lost Legacy, Destiny 2, MvC Infinite, South Park: The Fractured But Whole, and Star Wars Battlefront III.
