How many of them are 3D fighters with this level of graphics though? 

If you mean 3D rendering, most of them. If you mean 3D movement, I'm not sure why that would matter, but Tekken and Dead or Alive are 2 that immediately come to mind. There are probably more, but I'm not super familiar with fighters.
