Did you know a lot of people actually get health problems from changing the clocks? It's not changing the clocks that's the problem, really, it's the effects of messing up with their sleep schedule. I'm pretty sure changing clocks also lowers productivity at work because of how people react to it.
Personally I'm mainly annoyed by having one night where I get to sleep an hour less than I'd normally sleep, but for a lot of people, it's a real issue.
