Games vs Movies

this is a tough one for me.. theres so many great stuff so i decided to break them into genres and see who comes on top.

i do realise theres a lot of multi genre films and games but that i believe would mess things up even more but if you're up to it then be my guest. also you can name as many films and games as you like. only rule is 4 genres or more if you wish..

 

here my list

 

SCI FI - inception, matrix, 2001 aso, star wars and so many more the list is endless ..and as for games theres only a few great ones imo and not even those comes close.

HORROR- silent hill 2 is terror pure from start to finish.. while there are great movies as well i believe that nothing creeps even close once silent hill itself comes to life and plays tricks with your mind not to mention one of the best/sadest endings ever in a videogame.

 

ADVENTURE - zelda games alone i can replay hundreds of hours but cant rewatch a 2hour adventure film.

FANTASY - again games ff9 alone is enough to throw any other movie into the garbage and yes even the LoTR trilogy which is overrated :D

 

 

I think overral theres more great movies than videgames but film has been around for over a hundred years so the only way to compare them in any way that makes sense is by genre. and yes i do realise i contradict myself.
