Well, when it says it's in stock at Amazon.co.uk but when you click the link you only get two private sellers who sell one (and all other consoles are like 320 pound +) then it isn't in stock at Amazon for me. The rest is ebay (crazy, you get it on ebay who would have thought) and some store selling it for 330 pounds. So no, doesn't seem to me as if it's available so often.

But hey, if 80% are out of stock and the rest are single units or units for a much higher price it surely means you have plenty of options.

Normally I make the disclaimer about scalping prices but didn't on this occasion. There are still many suppliers at the standard price in addition to the scalpers. Stock does seem to favour the neon model though which is more easily available.

Both Amazon and Tesco have a promotion on something like £20 off code so people could pick up The Switch for £259.99 so stock there was in greater demand because of the discounting.

I don't see many suppliers when I click the link. All I see is some on ebay, some available bundle but not the console alone, or something like "we have reserved some"

And even if you get it "easily" in UK that doesn't change that you don't get it easy in many other European countries and that simply means that sales are lower as they could be.

Like I said in my first post in this thread, that doesn't mean that Switch will always sell better as PS4 here but right now it seems as if it would sell better if there would be more consoles retailers could sell.
