It releases first on PS4. Isn't exclusive to PS4. XBox One version is likely in development right now too. 

It is unlikely the game will release on Xbox one, and if probably won't release on ps4 either.... as of November 2016 FF VII r was still getting touched up In the opening scenes of the original 7, aka they are years away from finishing this game ....
