There will be smaller and bigger models and models with more power in time.
Switch being a singular line and ecoystem allows for it, and Nvidia already has the technological road-map to make all that happen.
They could make a smaller version of the Switch right now using a Tegra X2 because it generates less heat, less could take off the right/left bezels at least, while maintaining a 6.2 inch screen.
That said and I've said this many times ... the current Switch form factor will always be the main form factor (tablet style). It is what best conveys the concept of the Switch and gives the best experience playing full fledged console games anywhere and it's what people want (take a seat 3DS/DS your days are over).
