Probably, but I doubt it will be an instant hit since it's a port. It will have good legs though.
Same goes for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Although first month sales will probably be decent, they won't be very good. However, it will keep on selling quite a lot every week, just like GTA5 for PS4.
So these two games will not sell that much in the first few months. (But since they're both very popular, sales will be good enough to carry the Switch I guess.)
