Exclusives in this day and age, given that Nintendo is way behind other platform userbases is not realistic to expect this day and age. It's not the GameCube era anymore, exclusives cost a lot of money.
Square-Enix has a good back catalog of perfectly good software that could be brought to the Switch. I think you're wrong on FF7 too, I think that would quite well on the Switch if Square-Enix released it like tomorrow. I think you'd see it go to no.1 on the download chart fairly quick.
