What do you mean by this? Do you think the Kremlin had anything to do with it? I bet we can get at least a major demonstration before every terror attack that occured in the US/EU the past year without even trying.
A terrorist attack is an atrocity no matter where it happened. If it is prooven that way I hope the FSB blows them off the face of the world.
