Hi Guys.
I am looking everywhere and I cannot understand one thing.
Is the joy cons grip that comes with the Switch a charging grip?

and it says charging.... and I want one of those.
One more question is the power adaptor that comes with teh switch OK to charge the console undocked?
or do i need this one?
