Love how everyone is whining because he gave the game 9/10. Just because he hates nintendo's youtube policies, doesn't mean he makes a ridiculously harsh review (cough).
Also, if people don't want the video to be taken down, why don't they just show footage from someone else for like 5 seconds? That way, neither nintendo or the other party can claim the video.
