Back to the topic: Honestly from the sounds of it, this isn't SJW or Anti-SJW issue, it really just sounds like rushed product, and bioware has been losing some of the grasp on quality controls and retaining staff. 

I don't want him fired - I want people to be allowed to say what they think in an equal manner. But the reality is that's not possible at the moment - you can bash on white people but not make anti-immigration statements.

And rushed product where they only had time to make good male character models?

I only seen one good character model (male ryder), the rest look exactly as bad, male or female, and yes that could mean rushed. Actually I seen one good female as well, the med bay doctor voice and possibly modeled after Natalie Dormer, so it is 1 for 1. 

Also I seen many say anti-immigration statements not fired, but they get flack, just like this guy got flack, and if you want him to be treated in equal manner good on you, but I don't buy that one bit, you want him to shut up, otherwise you wouldn't have brought him up to paint whole developer based on one guy antics.
