If they are as good as they were in the old days, Nintendo would be wise to partner with them.

It'd be expected of Nintendo if this is true. After being stubborn in eighth gen, partnering up with more devs has benefited them.

 

Really hoping we see more revivals. 

I don't know, Nintendo hasn't been smart in trying to get second party exclusives and studios in the western market.

I really hope that changes, because I think that's what was missing on the 7th and 8th gen.

Iwata went full japanese for 10 years, only partnering with japanese studios, in the meantime the western developpers took control of the market.
