Read above your post. I gave you the exact cost. Nintendo is working with Macronix,same as 3DS and DS. Blu Ray os 2 dollars. MASK ROM cost a whopping 2.50.

Surely the cost depends on size of the ROM with Switch being larger than 3DS.  Also there is a setup cost for mask roms.  The unit cost for a 2 million run of Zelda is going to be lower than a 20,000 run or whatever for RiME.  Giving a single figure like $2.50 is made up.

Your $2.0 figure for Blu-Ray replication is also way too high.  Here's just an example $0.75 retail price for 10,000 discs at http://www.quickturnduplication.com/html/blu-ray-duplication-prices.php.  The bulk cost for someone like Sony to replicate discs is a fraction of that.
