Saw a similar point being made in regards to price difference on reddit, and the reply was to consider that there may be thousands of places manufacturing blu-rays for every one place making NS cartridges, thus making it more difficult to keep prices lower or something...

But the difference is not 4-5€, it's 10€. If what you said was the case, are NS cartridges that different from DS/3DS ones? Those managed to keep their prices around 40-45€, and Nintendo still was the only one manufacturing DS/3DS cartridges.
