Those colours look pretty vivid on Switch. It looks like docked mode has been captured rather than portable mode which would be a fairer comparison. Also Vita looks washed out where as normally the OLED display of the earlier model looks stunning colour wise and superior to the LCD of the later Vita and probably Switch too.
As for technical performance yes clearly Vita is much weaker but you can also play the ps4 game on Vita using remote play as an option if your are at home or have a very fast fibre broadband connection at home and at the location of the wifi signal you are using.
